What we do with your details

This page covers the free report form on trakbound.com. In short: we will ask for little, use it only for your report, never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

Today the form is not open. Free reports open soon. Until then this site asks you for nothing and we keep nothing about you. The parts below about the form apply from the day it opens.

What the form will ask for

• Your website, Instagram or Google Maps name. Required, so we know which business to look at.
• Your email. Required, so we can send you the report.
• Your type of business. Optional.

When you send it, we also save the date and time, the country your connection comes from (our hosting provider, Cloudflare, tells us this) and the campaign tags in the link you used, such as utm_source, if there are any.

What we use it for

• To prepare your free report and send it to your email.
• To check how fast you answer, we may send one normal message to your WhatsApp or Instagram, like a customer would.
• To reply to you about the report and, if you ask for one, the call.

We do not add you to a newsletter. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own use.

Where it is kept and who sees it

What you send through the form is stored with Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site. Only the Trakbound team can read it.

To stop spam, when you send the form we keep a scrambled code made from your IP address for one hour. Then it is deleted.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after you send the form. After that it is deleted automatically.

Cookies and other companies

This site does not use cookies, analytics or ad trackers. It is hosted by Cloudflare. To show the page, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation code from cdnjs, run by Cloudflare. Like on any website, those companies see your IP address when your browser asks them for the files.

See, fix or delete your details

If you sent the form, reply to the email that brought you your report, or to any email we sent you, and tell us what you want: a copy of your details, a correction, or deletion. We do it within 30 days. If you have not heard from us yet, you will within a few days, and you can reply to that first email.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
